   • Fees for Hypnotherapy & PLR training courses are non-refundable once payment has been made, except within 24 hours, in which case a refund can be issued with a 10% deduction
   • Gopal Maheshwari’s Past Life Regression does not entertain refund requests under any circumstances after 24 hours of payment.
   • All payments made for past life regression sessions and training courses are considered final and non-negotiable.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
   • In rare and exceptional circumstances, where Gopal Maheshwari is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon services, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be considered.
   • Such exceptional circumstances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and any decision made by Gopal Maheshwari will be final.

   • Any disputes related to payments or refunds will be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction clause outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
