By accessing our website, registering for a program, booking a session, or making a payment, you
agree to these Terms & Conditions
1. Services
We provide services including:
• Past Life Regression (PLR) courses and training programs
• 3-Day Live Past Life Regression Workshops conducted online through Zoom
• 1:1 Past Life Regression sessions
• Other related educational, experiential, wellness, and personal-development programs
The fee, duration, schedule, format, and inclusions of each service will be communicated at the time
of registration or booking.
2. Registration and Payment
A registration or booking is considered confirmed once the applicable payment has been
successfully received.
Customers are responsible for checking the program details, dates, timings, fees, and mode of
delivery before making payment.
3. No Refund Policy
Once a fee has been paid, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
No refund will be provided because of:
• Change of mind
• Inability to attend
• Personal circumstances
• Scheduling conflicts
• Failure to join a live program
• Failure to complete a course
• Failure to attend a booked 1:1 session
• Any other reason attributable to the participant
This policy is subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
4. Transfer to Another PersonIf the person who made the booking is unable to attend or use the purchased service, they may
request that the course, workshop, or session be provided to another person nominated by them
instead.
The amount already paid will be adjusted toward the same booked service for the nominated
person.
No cash refund will be provided.
The original customer must inform us and provide the required details of the replacement participant
before the service is transferred.
Any difference in fees resulting from a change in the selected service, where applicable, may need
to be paid separately.
5. Online Workshops and Courses
Online programs may be delivered through Zoom or another online platform.
Participants are responsible for:
• Having a stable internet connection
• Having an appropriate device
• Providing correct email and mobile/WhatsApp details
• Joining at the scheduled time
• Following joining and participation instructions
Failure to attend a scheduled live program does not qualify for a refund.
6. 1:1 PLR Sessions
1:1 PLR sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability.
Participants are requested to attend their appointments on time and follow preparation instructions
where provided.
Where a participant cannot avail the session, they may nominate another person to avail the paid
session instead, subject to informing us beforehand.
7. Program Changes
We may change the schedule, trainer, delivery platform, or other operational details of a program
where reasonably necessary.
Where possible, an alternate date or suitable arrangement will be offered.
8. Nature of Services
Our PLR courses, workshops, sessions, and related programs are intended for educational,
experiential, wellness, and personal-development purposes.
Individual experiences and outcomes vary, and no particular result is guaranteed.Our services are not intended to replace professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or
other qualified professional treatment or advice where required.
9. Intellectual Property
Course materials, presentations, audios, videos, scripts, documents, training materials, and other
proprietary content provided by us may not be reproduced, sold, redistributed, published, recorded,
or commercially used without prior written permission.
10. Third-Party Platforms
We may use third-party platforms such as Zoom, payment gateways, communication services, and
learning platforms.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused solely by a participant’s device, internet connection,
or third-party technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
